Shipping policy

 

We aim to provide a timely and quality production and shipping process for our customers. Currently, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days of production time prior to shipping. Once shipped, we estimate orders to deliver in 7-10 business days, including custom items. On occasion, your order may experience additional time for production or processing, but we will always do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. We do not offer express shipping options at this time. Orders shipped typically arrive in 7-10 business days or less. (This does not include production time) 

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are not eligible for refund or replacement.
